We are delighted to announce to you details of the Person-Centered Care Forum 2021 which will take place on the 15 to 16 October 2021 in Doha. Formerly called the Patient Experience Forum, this unique event is being delivered by Hamad Medical Corporation in partnership with internationally renowned US-based healthcare consultants Planetree International.
Run under the theme “Compassion in Action: Spread Kindness”, the focus of the Forum is to build capability, encourage knowledge sharing and transfer, generate momentum to build on existing practices to enhance patient experience, and develop new ways to continue delivering person-centered care during a state of global pandemic.
This year’s Forum will be held virtually and will bring together thousands of healthcare professionals from across Qatar and the region. Delegates will benefit from the expertise of a host of international and local speakers who will deliver sessions through five main tracks: Measuring and Improving What Matters; Service Excellence; Driving a Transformation; Partnerships with Patients, Families, Staff, and the Community; and Leading in Person-Centered Care.
