Double board certified (Arab Board of Health Specializations in Radiology and Medical Imaging & Jordanian Board in Diagnostic Radiology) and dual fellowship (Fellowship to Royal College of Radiologists - FRCR part 1 and 2A) trained SPECIALIST INTERVENTIONAL AND DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGY (MD). Post-graduated in Health Management & Hospitals Management and Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.CH. B).
Diagnostic interests are body imaging, vascular imaging, urology imaging, and hepatobiliary imaging.
Dr. El MAGDOUB is competent to perform vascular and nonvascular interventions independently. He also has specific interests in interventional oncology, embolization, and trauma.
Having a passion for education and have been involved in teaching junior trainees. Continuously learning and developing as an interventional radiologist and striving to raise the standard of care and the range of different services offered by our specialty.
As a Specialist, he is working to improve current services and introduce new services as new procedures evolve within the specialty. He is improving patient safety, satisfaction, and innovation within his specialty, which is at the forefront of his career vision.
Research activities include ‘The experience of a level 1 trauma center using CT severity index scoring system in Management of blunt splenic trauma, validation of the scoring system and potential limitation’. The oral presentation has been at the Pan Arab Congress of Interventional Radiology 2021.
