We feel privileged to invite you to attend our first ever symposium entitled: “Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) Symposium and Workshop: From Simple Oxygen Therapy to Complex ECMO”.
ARDS is one of the major problems in the field of critical care with a high mortality. Its effective management and treatment requires a multidisciplinary approach and a broad range of modalities including Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO).
We are organizing this symposium to bring the best evidence in the management of affected patients and to improve their outcomes in Intensive Care Units across all Hamad Medical Corporation’s network of hospitals and private sector hospitals in Qatar.
The scientific content of our symposium has been carefully put together by the symposium’s Organizing Committee to ensure it is of a high quality to stimulate and challenge delegates.
