Dr. Abazar Saeed
Dr. Abazar Saeed is a Senior Consultant at Hamad Medical Corporation and an Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar. He is actively involved in patient care, leading medical teams, and serving as a Core Faculty member in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at HMC, where he teaches residents, fellows, and medical students.
Dr. Saeed is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP) of Glasgow, holds the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians MRC) and an Acute Medicine Certificate from the RCP, and is Board Certified by the Arab Board of Health Specializations in Internal Medicine. He is an examiner for both undergraduate and postgraduate medical exams.
In 2020, Dr. Saeed founded a procedural simulation course as an initiative from the IMRP, in collaboration with colleagues across the organization. The course has successfully trained over 200 participants, including residents, fellows, and specialists from various specialties, earning high praise for its impact on clinical skills development.
