On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to register and attend this important scientific conference on Rare Diseases, scheduled to take place at the ITQAN Simulation and Clinical Innovation Center in Doha on Thursday, 23 February 2023.

This is the 4th edition of the successful Doha–Heidelberg Research Conference on Rare Diseases, hosted by Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and Heidelberg University Hospital (HUH), which uses the continued strategic relationship between both these leading healthcare organizations to promote learning, education, and research among healthcare professionals with a keen interest in Rare Diseases, to emphasize on the latest advancements in the diagnosis and management of rare diseases, research advancement and ethical considerations in dealing with rare diseases.

This educational conference has proven to be an excellent platform to bring together eminent clinicians, healthcare professionals, researchers, and academics from HMC, Heidelberg University Hospital and other academic partners. Experts from both organizations will deliver a range of lectures and presentations designed to promote learning and the exchange of scientific and practical knowledge among doctors, nurses, allied health, researchers, academics, and students in various clinical fields including genetics, pediatrics, oncology, immunology, gastroenterology, ethics, and research accompanied by live patient session living with rare disease.
