The 4th Annual Symposium for Community Mental Health Services in Qatar is an established forum to review and discuss community mental healthcare services and needs. This symposium is designed for healthcare professionals working in community mental health or who are supporting the teams working in community settings.
Delivering care in the community, closer to where people live, and ensuring this care is integrated with other services, is integral to better patient-centered care.
The one-day symposium will highlight the numerous mental health services available, with presentations from a wide range of healthcare partners in Qatar. The symposium also provides ample opportunity for dialogue to help determine where future development efforts should take place. A panel discussion will focus on improvements to be made in referral pathways between various public health providers in Qatar.
Delegates are eligible to receive up to 4.5 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours but spaces are limited and delegates will need to register online in advance.
