Call for Poster Abstract Submissions
for the 3rd Doha - Heidelberg Research Conference on Rare Diseases
1 to 2 February 2020 - Doha, Qatar
The Scientific Committee of the 3rd Doha-Heidelberg Clinical & Research Conference is now accepting online submissions of abstracts for poster presentations for the conference to be held in Doha, Qatar on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd February 2020. This is the third conference organized in continuing collaboration with Hamad Medical Corporation and Heidelberg University Hospital that will once again bring together clinicians, scientists, researchers and other stakeholders from both organizations to exchange knowledge and explore clinical and research collaborations.
The focus of this year conference will be on Rare Diseases for the different specialties, especially within newborn, genetic and metabolic diseases in Qatar.
We invite poster abstracts related to these topics to the care and management.
Abstract submission opens 1st December 2019 and closes: 11 pm on 31th December 2019
Information for Abstract Submission
- All abstracts must be submitted using the official conference poster abstract submission process.
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts for posters an author may submit.
- Abstract submissions on cancer research should be for research that is either complete or will be completed no later than the date of the conference.
- The Poster Abstract Review Committee will review the poster for relevance, validity, originality, special merit or other considerations
- Approved posters will be on display for the duration of the conference and there will be a timetabled slot for contributors to stand by their posters so that participants can come and discuss the research.
