During my 19 years career, I worked in the Ministry of health hospitals as staff nurse for 3 years in a surgical departments then as clinical instructor for 5 years then as a nurse manger for medical surgical departments for 4 years then as head of nursing education for 3 years and nowadays as a head of nursing education and training in King Fahad Hospital Jeddah since 2019.
In my current position, I am responsible for planning of nursing education and training activities, monitoring the implementation of theses plans, evaluating the impact of education and training department activities then continuously improve these activities by implementing quality improvement strategies.
