Call for Poster Abstract Submissions
The Scientific Committee of the 2nd Doha-Heidelberg Clinical & Research Conference is now accepting by email submissions of abstracts for poster presentations for the conference to be held in Doha, Qatar on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 February 2019. This is the second conference organized in collaboration with Hamad Medical Corporation and Heidelberg University Hospital that will once again bring together clinicians, scientists, researchers and other stakeholders from both organizations to exchange knowledge and explore clinical and research collaborations.
The focus of the second conference will be oncology, with particular focus on Breast Cancer, Uro-Oncology Head & Neck cancers, and rare diseases to include rare skin cancers, and genomics, as well as a review of new imaging techniques.
We invite posters related to the research topics in Oncology with specialization in Uro-oncology, Head & Neck oncology, Breast oncology and particular focus on Rare Diseases.
Abstract submission opens:
2 December 2018 and closes by 7 January 2019
Information for Abstract Submission

All abstracts must be submitted using the official conference poster abstract submission process.

There is no limit to the number of abstracts for posters an author may submit.

Abstract submissions on cancer research should be for research that is either complete or will be completed no later than the date of the conference.

The Poster Abstract Review Committee will review the poster for relevance, validity, originality, special merit or other considerations

Approved posters will be on display for the duration of the conference and there will be a timetabled slot for contributors to stand by their posters so that participants can come and discuss the research.
