Basma Ghareeb
- A passionate storyteller with well over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Investment sectors.
- Basma specializes in Leadership, Communication, and Women Empowerment. She started her career in the banking sector with the National Bank of Kuwait, then moved to the investment sector to head the Media and Communications department in Kuwait Financial Centre ‘MARKAZ’.
- She is now a partner and a management and training consultant at Tatra Consulting.
- Her clients include major organizations in Kuwait and GCC such as Boeing, BP, Ali Abdulwahab (AAW), KNPC, Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, Abu Dhabi Economic Development Department, Ooredoo, Kuwait International Bank (KIB), Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), Ahli United Bank (AUB) and Kuwait University.
- Basma works closely with INJAZ, a non-profit organization, which is a branch of the well-respected International Junior Achievements Organization, to present training courses for High School and College Students concerning life skills. She has given courses to the youth through INJAZ on Personal Finance, Success Skills, Career Steering, and Company Program. Her students won Best Company and Best Social Responsibility Awards.
- Basma has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami, FL, USA and has a Master's degree from the University of Manchester, UK specializing in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
- She is a Certified Trainer by ATD (Association for Talent Development), the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations.
- Basma is also a certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach.
- Basma is the owner of Little Doctors Company, a small business providing medical knowledge for children in a fun way.
- She is a Kuwaiti National and fluent in both Arabic and English.
