Dear Delegates,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to register and attend this important educational symposium on sepsis that will focus on community awareness as well as identifying the new modalities of managing sepsis by adapting the international standards across the healthcare system in Qatar.
The similarities between the effects of COVID-19 and those of sepsis are almost identical, hence education and training about the new trends of managing sepsis is essential for every health practitioner that will help safeguard our patient community, particularly those who are more vulnerable to developing sepsis.
The 10th Qatar National Sepsis Symposium is an established learning activity that has proven to be an excellent platform to bring together eminent clinicians who are experts in Sepsis, multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals, researchers, and academics from HMC and other academic partners. The in-person event will take place in Hajar Auditorium on Thursday, 14 September 2023. Additional online access will be made available via MS Teams.
Our aim is to continue making this an exceptional event for all healthcare professionals interested in best practices relating to sepsis diagnosis and care as well as prevention. We hope you will use the knowledge gained from this event for professional development, engage in professional networking with peers, and spread the knowledge you gain within your area of work - all of which should lead to better patient care and outcomes.
We look forward to your active and engaged participation.
