Dr. Renan Elsadeg Ibrahem Adam
Dr. Renan is a Senior Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist and Head of the Musculoskeletal Imaging Section at Hamad Medical Corporation. She also serves as A. Chief Radiologist of Clinical Imaging Department at Aisha Binth Hamad Al Attiyah Hospital. After graduating with honors from the Faculty of Medicine University of Khartoum, she pursued postgraduate training and sub-specialization in the UK, where she worked for many years as a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist at Nottingham University Hospitals.
Dr. Renan subspecializes in imaging-guided musculoskeletal interventions for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, sports injuries, and sarcoma. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) and a member of several professional societies, including the British Society of Skeletal Radiology, European Society of Skeletal Radiology, and previously the British Sarcoma Group.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Renan is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at CMED-Qatar University. She has numerous publications and a keen interest in research. She is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and education, serving on the Qatar Board Medical Specialization-PESC and OSCE subcommittees, and acting as an examiner for several medical board certifying bodies.
