The Center for Patient Experience and Staff Engagement (CPESE) is excited to announce the Person-Centered Care (PCC) Roadshow, a robust awareness campaign designed to engage staff, patients, their families, and the wider community, while highlighting successful PCC practices implemented across the HMC facilities.

“PCC: Our Journey, Our Care, Our Community”

The theme captures the experiential, branding, and community-building objectives of the PCC Roadshow, emphasizing HMC's collective journey towards person-centered care.

The primary goals of the PCC Roadshow are to:

  • Raise Awareness about PCC: Engage participants with the principles of person-centered care through interactive sessions and activities.
  • Activate the PCC Brand: Highlight the best practices from each participating facility, demonstrating how PCC improves patient care and staff engagement.
  • Build Engagement: Encourage active participation from staff, patients, and their families, fostering a stronger sense of community and ownership over the healthcare experience.

Mark your calendars and join us for this transformative journey!
