Hamad International Training Center – Training Management System (Tadreeb)
HITC have launched a new Training Management System(HITC- Tadreeb) version 1 beginning of 2022. It is our hope that this system will revolutionise how HITC manages all aspects of course recruitment, from A to Z.
A brief overview of the main features of the new system:-
For HMC staff:
Individual candidates will be able to apply online from any computer access, either at work or outside HMC. or their own smart mobiles. The system will recognize their department/clinical specialty and will offer the relevant courses. Once a candidate completes the application online, the electronic form will be sent to their line manager/departmental head for authorization. This will allow departments to track study activity for all of their staff and to ensure duty rota’s are not adversely affected by study absence. Once the department has authorized the course, the form will then be fed back to HITC for confirmation and issuing of books and other course materials. After completion of a course, candidates will be able to access their account to complete an electronic evaluation and then print out their completion certificate. HMC Departments can review all of their staff on the system to review who has completed or registered for HITC training which will allow them to monitor and plan.
For non-HMC staff, and overseas candidates:
Individual candidates will be able to apply online from any computer access or their own smart mobiles . The system will recognize their job title and will offer the relevant courses. After completion of a course, candidates will be able to access their account to complete an electronic evaluation and then print out their completion certificate.
HITC Staff:
The registration process will be fully computerized.
Course Coordinators, Instructors and Course Directors:
HITC approved coordinators, Instructors and Course Directors will benefit from the system, and will interact with it according to their roles.
HITC Administration/Quality:
The use of this system will allow a number of higher functions to be available for both quality and administrative purposes, including the compilation of reports, statistics, etc. It will allow an overview of the total course activity for each course and will help in the planning of future schedules, etc.
