Diabetes consultants
Diabetes consultants are specialists in the field of diabetes; meaning their experience and qualifications place them in the best position to treat patients with this condition.
 
Endocrinologists
Endocrinologists are specialists in the field of diabetes; meaning they have experience and qualifications that place them in the best position to treat patients with this condition.
 
Dieticians
Dieticians are nutrition specialists and an important part of the treatment team because they offer advice and guidelines on what diet a patient should follow in order to manage their diabetes effectively.
 
Diabetes Educators
Diabetes educators are healthcare professionals (such as nurses, physicians, pharmacists) who specialize in educating the public about diabetes and related conditions. Primarily, their focus is to inform those who are at risk of diabetes, or those who have already been diagnosed, as to what behavioral or lifestyle changes need to be undertaken to either prevent or control the disease.
 
Pharmacists
Pharmacists will provide prescribed medication as per the clinicians’ instructions. In the near future we will be extending our team to include diabetes specific ophthalmologists, podiatrists, social workers and psychiatrists.​
