Dr. Emmanuel Ngwakongnwi
Assistant Professor, University of Calgary – Qatar
Dr. Emmanuel Ngwakongnwi is an Assistant Professor of Health Services Research at the University of Calgary in Qatar. He obtained his PhD in Health Services Research from the Department of Community Health Sciences at the University of Calgary, Canada, in 2011.
His research interest is in health systems and services, sampling methodology, patient reported outcome measurement, chronic diseases, and health policy analysis. He received research funding from the Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR), including a CIHR Banting and Best Doctoral Research Award, two CIHR operating grants; and from Qatar National Research Fund (QNRF).Some of his scholarly activity involves teaching and mentoring students in the School of Nursing program. He has numerous peer reviewed publications and is well referenced.
