Tailored QI Training Programs
Healthcare providers frequently need to adhere to the requirements of an accredited body or a clinical need for some quality improvement training for a special population of their staff on an urgent basis. Hence, HHQI initiating the Tailored QI Training Programs that fulfils the educational needs of different local healthcare stakeholders (facilities and departments) of all levels and disciplines, which would be tailored to fit their individual needs. The most recent offer was the Clinical Imaging Quality Improvement Training Program (CIQITP). This offer supported the Clinical Imaging Quality day and resulted in 29 + 16 different improvement projects within the clinical imaging department.
Program Learning Objectives
By the end of the program, the graduates will be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of core program topics, the basic clinical quality and process improvement techniques, and earn a CPD credentialed certification.
- Ability to support testing and implementing change strategies with measurement to determine improvement within their microsystems.
