Home Health Care Services (HHCS) at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to all of its patients, including Qataris and expatriates of all ages, from children to adults and elderly.
At HHCS, we strive to provide the safest, most effective and compassionate care to our patients. We are committed to helping them stay in their homes, where they are most comfortable and safe. Our services are designed to reduce the need for Emergency Department visits and hospital admissions, and to assist in timely discharges from HMC hospitals.
We also work to encourage family involvement and to support caregivers at home, through a collaborative approach and health education. Through various programs, HHCS provides improvement initiatives and clinical interventions to help deliver the best quality of patient care.

Since its official launch in 2009, HHCS has achieved tremendous success and development milestones. We achieved Joint Commission International accreditation in 2009, 2012, 2015 ,2018 and 2022 demonstrating our commitment to quality improvement and patient safety. In addition, the Services achieved Gold Certificate in Person-Centered Care from Planetree International in 2021. Planetree Certification represents the highest level of achievement in person-centred care based on evidence and standards.
