Attendance

You are advised to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment is due in order to be assessed and liaise with the cashier.  We endeavor to see patients as quickly as possible but waiting times will depend on the clinic flow and on any diagnostic procedures which may be required. You are permitted to bring one person along with you to your appointment if you would like someone to accompany you.

What should I bring?

Outpatients should bring the following to their appointment:
  • Valid health card
  • Passport/ID copies
  • Appointment card
You should also bring all your medical documents and prescriptions (in their original containers) if you are a new patient or are being treated outside this facility.
