The student and physician in training registration categories and associated registration fees are strictly reserved for students and physicians in training. Any individual who does not meet eligibility criteria for either and registers erroneously will have their registration revoked, and no DHP credit shall be awarded to them. Organizers reserve the right to request proof of student or physician in training status at any stage of the registration process. Registration fees are non-refundable.
