The Data Management team strives to gather, organize, maintain and preserve data so it can be analyzed and evaluated.
The team assists in using multiple systems for projects that are required by the project owner.

Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap)
REDCap is a widely used research data capture solution in academic and healthcare research. It's known for its flexibility and customization options, making it adaptable to various research needs and study designs.
REDCap is the chosen platform for clinical data management at HMC Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) for all HMC sponsored studies. For external studies, the data management prospects will be explored with any feasible external solutions (recommended by the study sponsor) that will be assessed to understand the resource requirements, compatibility and other technical dimensions including privacy and data security etc.
