Dr. Soha Albayat

Dr. Soha Albayat, is the head of Vaccination at the Ministry of Public Health, Qatar. For her, vaccination is not a job, but a passion and she is a strong advocate of vaccination. She is a community medicine specialist but also holds several other degrees. She is trained in aviation medicine, occupational medicine, holds a master’s degree in healthcare management from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, Diploma in travel medicine from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow and holds a membership of the faculty of Travel Medicine in the same college. With the Covid-19 pandemic, she was appointed as national lead to the track and trace team and is still leading all track and trace activities.
