Alide L. Chase, MS,
The Sr. Vice President, Medicare Clinical Operations and Population Care, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. In close partnership with The Permanente Federation, The Permanente Medical Groups and the regions, the Senior Vice President, Medicare Clinical Operations and Population Care oversees programs that support the development and implementation of the national Medicare Clinical Care Delivery Strategy and our members total health. In addition to her work in the Medicare area, Alide is also the Co-Executive Director of the Kaiser Permanente Care Management Institute. CMI spreads clinical best practices, develops integrated care delivery models with regional partners, and supports the national program by working with physicians, clinical experts and leaders throughout Kaiser Permanente. Alide has served in a variety of roles, including Hospital Administrator for both Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center and Bess Kaiser Hospital. In her role as Area Administrator, she also had the opportunity to manage Medical Offices in the Northwest (NW). Most recently, she has served in the role of NW Vice President for Medical Operations.
