Mr. Baha’a graduated from the Jordan University for Science and Technology (JUST) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2002. He also graduated from Leicester University -UK with a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Training MSc in 2021.
He has more than 19 years’ experience in trauma and emergency nursing fields in leadership skills combined with clinical knowledge and practice; nine years of which in trauma and emergency, Hamad General Hospital (HGH) in HMC.
He has participated as speaker in various national and international activities for HMC (WACEM 2018, IHI-ME forum 2018, Trauma Nursing Grand Rounds 2018 & 2019, HGH -ED educational forum 2018) and as facilitator in Qatar Health 2021.
He is an active member of the scientific committee for various trauma service activities, symposiums, conferences, and grand rounds, and a regular presenter in Trauma Nursing Foundation Program. He is the chair for the nursing scientific committee for Qatar Health 2022 preparedness. Mr. Baha’a is a link leader in trauma service unit research and co-investigator for research. He has GIC license, Instructor for ATCN, HMIMMS, Trauma foundation program, and ALERT courses.
He has received many awards, recognitions, and appreciation for his achievement and dedication to teamwork with a high level of leadership performance.
