
Ridha Miladi
Mr. Ridha Miladi is a Clinical Program Manager for Medical Affairs at HMC and a Healthcare Operations Manager - Medical Affairs, for the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, SCDL (Secondment)
He graduated from the University of Medicine, Sfax, Tunisia with a Bachelor’s degree in Anesthesia and ICU and worked for five years as a Senior Anesthesia Technologist in Tunisia.
He has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, diverse leadership experience and management, exposure to plant operations, production planning and healthcare management.
He has managed many programs and projects at HMC, Qatar for more than 20 year, under the leadership of Dr. AbdulWahab Al Musleh
He spent six years working for the Clinical Information Systems Program (CIS) as a CIS Specialist and Assistant to the Executive Chief Medical Information Officer and played a vital role in managing its day to day activities. He has also mentored CIS staff in all phases of EMR implementation across all HMC facilities.
Mr. Miladi has ten years’ experience in developing training strategies, improving quality and utilization management programs at Hamad International Training Centre HITC at HMC as an International Instructor in Emergency Programs (EMT, Life Support, Trauma and Disaster Management), and working as a Public Education Program Director and Project Manager.
He has 15 years of experience in the domain of pre-hospital patient care and EMS management (Tunisia-Qatar). He has also participated in managing emergency medical services in Qatar for five years and has played an outstanding role in initiating and developing advanced pre-hospital care.
