Ahmed Abdelbari
Ahmed Abdelbari is a Clinical Pharmacist who joined the Trauma ICU team at Hamad Medical Corporation’s Hamad General Hospital in 2008.
In 2006, he obtained his Bachelors of Pharmaceutical Science in 2006 from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Zagazig University and in 2007, completed his Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from Ain Shams University, Egypt.
In 2012, he completed a master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy at Queen’s University in Belfast and became American board certified in Pharmacotherapy Specialty BCPS in 2014. He was recognized as a certified Patient Safety Officer by the American Institute for Healthcare Quality (AIHQ) in 2015 and in 2019 became Canadian board certified.
Ahmed is a member of the Nursing Critical Care Committee and has delivered pharmacological based education to critical care nursing staff from across HMC.
