Dr. Mohd Al Ateeq Al Dosari obtained his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and has orthopedic surgery training from University of Alberta, Canada. Dr. Al Ateeq completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy from the University of Alberta Canada. He has extensive experience in Joint Replacement and sport medicine with special interest in the surgery of knees and shoulders.
Dr. Al Ateeq was the president of the Sports Medicine Committee and Vice President of Qatar Medical Association. He is a member of the scientific committee on the European Joint and Orthopedic Surgery and Rheumatology.
Dr. Al Ateeq is currently the Director of Bone and Joint Center and the Head of Dept. of Orthopedic Surgery at Hamad Medical Corporation. He is also a faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College Doha – Qatar as assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopedic Surgery.
