Seham Aly Henidy
Seham is the Director of Nursing at DAAM Specialized Care Center, Rumailah Hospital (RH), Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). She used to work as an ICU Nurse at Alexandria University Hospital until she joined HMC in 1996 as a Critical Care Nurse in Medical ICU, Hamad General Hospital (HGH). In 2004, she was appointed to establish the Bed Coordination Program for HMC, where she held the position of Bed Manager. In 2006, she established and led the Case Management Program in HGH. In 2012, she was promoted to the Director of Nursing for Case Management. Finally, in July 2020, Seham was transferred to RH as the Director of Nursing.
She received her degree for BS Nursing from Alexandria University, Egypt in 1992, and her degree for MSc. in Healthcare Management from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2018.
