Dr. Rana Abdel Malak is a healthcare executive consultant, professional trainer, and educator. She is based in Beirut, Lebanon and works on projects worldwide. She holds a PhD degree from the University of Texas, USA, with research focused on healthcare leadership and management, and a long-standing experience in acute care practice, executive leadership, and consulting.

Dr. Abdel Malak has prominent credentials and holds three certifications: an American Board certification as nurse executive advanced level (NEA-BC); the International Council of Nurses Global Nurse Consultant (CGNC) certification; a Fellow by the American Academy of Project Management. She has received numerous awards and honors, and was featured as a speaker in several national, regional, and international professional venues. She was the first recognized international appraiser for Nursing, Continuing Professional Development by the American Nurses Association credentialing arm. She has extensive operational experience in the implementation of tier one international designations and accreditations, and other breakthrough initiatives driving healthcare excellence in the Middle East.
