Mark Agramon

Senior Quality Improvement Reviewer HHQI

Mark Adrianne A. Agramon is a Senior Quality Improvement Reviewer (A) & Project Officer of Hamad Healthcare Quality Institute. He has obtained his Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Nursing from the Philippines in 2008 and 2013 respectively. Prior to working in Qatar, he has held various positions in Clinical, Academe and Corporate Services. He also hold professional qualifications in healthcare quality, project management and nursing such as Total Quality Management Professional, Project Manager Accredited Certification, IASSC Six Sigma Greenbelt and as a Licensed Professional Nurse. He is currently one of the trainees of the Improvement Advisor Professional Development Program – Wave 54. 

Mark has held responsibility and accountability for health programs focusing on health systems improvement and large scale transformation programs across Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar. Most of the programs he has worked on are around Medicine, Surgery and Nursing which are his areas of interest and specialization.
At present, he is working on as the HHQI Program Lead of the National Patient Safety Collaborative which aims to provide opportunities for networking, learning, and knowledge sharing among healthcare facilities across Qatar on quality improvement and patient safety. He is also one of the Faculty of the Fundamentals of Quality Improvement Course and one of the Coaches of the Clinical Imaging Quality Improvement Training Program.
