Ioanna Skaroni

Ioanna Skaroni is a Senior Policy Manager who has successfully supported several large scale organisational change initiatives and multiple programs, working with partners across various complex healthcare organisations in Qatar, U.K. and Greece. Organisational Change initiatives/programs of work in Qatar include but are not limited to supporting the implementation of Qatar National Diabetes Strategy (pillars 3 and 4), MoPH, the Dental Health Services Organisational Transformation Program, HMC, the Mental Health (MH) Services Organisational Transformation Program, HMC, the development of a Change Management Toolkit, HMC. 

Ioanna is holding an MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business and a MSc in Contemporary Health and Social Policy from City, University of London.

Ioanna has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare; she started her career in the NHS, London Strategic Health Authority, working in the implementation of sector wide initiatives such as the NWL Decontamination Joint Venture Project. She then worked for four years on strategic initiatives for a  private healthcare enterprise in Athens which was supervised by the Greek Ministry of Health and moved to Qatar in 2012 to join HMC.
