On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great honor to welcome you to the 2nd Breast Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery Conference in Qatar—a landmark event that builds upon the success of our inaugural meeting and reaffirms our unwavering commitment to advancing breast cancer care in our region.
This year’s conference is especially significant as it marks the first Qatari conference held in official collaboration with the European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO).
