Dr. Reham Negm
Acting Assistant Executive Director – HHQI

Dr. Reham is the corporate Healthcare Improvement Program Manager. She has trained as a clinical hematologist who has joined Hamad Medical Corporation in 2005 as a front line physician where she took over responsibilities as a chief resident in the National Center for Cancer Care and Research (NCCCR).

Acting as the Medical Quality lead in NCCCR Dr. Reham actively contributed towards the hospital’s readiness for JCI accreditation and since 2006 has led several local improvement projects.

In 2011 she was certified as a health care quality professional, CPHQ by NAHQ and in 2012 she was certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. She is also certified as a level 1 clinical Microsystems Coach by The Dartmouth Institute Microsystem Academy in 2013.

Dr. Reham is currently the Program Manager, core faculty and coach in the Clinical Care Improvement Training Program (CCITP). Her focus is coaching HMC front line staff on clinical microsystems, quality improvement and building capacity and capability.

Dr. Reham is a coach and facilitator in the Comskil Training - HMC communication training course. Her previous engagements include Multi-disciplinary Grand Rounds task force leader and corporate/NCCCR job planning champion. She is an HMC/IHI fellow and is currently undergoing an MPH from Qatar University.
