Dr. Salma was born in Sudan. She received her undergraduate education at Khartoum University, Medicine, from which she was graduated with honour Degree 2008.
Following the medical school, Dr. Salma did her residency at Hamad Medical Corporation, 4 years’ program and certified in internal medicine by the Arab Board of internal medicine
Dr. Salma started her fellowship training in Endocrinology and diabetes at Hamad Medical Corporation 7/ 2015, and she is an associate consultant at Endocrine department, HMC.
Despite the four years of experience in the field of Endocrinology, Dr. Salma remains excited by the challenges and opportunities for care provided by each new patient she encounters, as well as the gratification of continuing care of her patients.
She is also participated as a tutor in physical examination instructing WCM-Q medical students.
She is a member of the QDEM organizing committee.
