Dr. Rasmeh leads the National Clinical Guidelines Program at Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MOPH). She holds a BSc in Nursing and a PhD in Medical Education from Brunel University, UK, along with multiple postgraduate certifications, including Nursing Education and Health Systems Development. With nearly 33 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Rasmeh developed an E-learning Model for E-health Education in developing countries. An experienced consultant trainer, she conducts internal MOPH training on change management and ethics. An adjunct professor at Calgary University-Qatar (2015-2024) and a lecturer for the CMRP, she serves on several national health committees and has contributed to international conferences and journals.
