Dr. Fawaz Siddiqi
Dr. Fawaz Siddiqi graduated from Western University where he completed his Neurosurgical Residency and subsequently pursued an Orthopedic Spine Fellowship. He has clinical appointments as Assistant Professor in the Departments of Clinical Neurological Sciences (Neurosurgery) and Surgery (Orthopedics) at Western. He serves as the Program Director for Neurosurgery and is involved in residency training standard through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. His clinical practice focuses on intradural and extradural spinal oncology, adult degenerative conditions and spinal trauma.
