Dr. Abdulaziz joined AOSpine in 2006. He has been a faculty member for various AOSpine courses in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Davos. He started his term as a Chairperson of the Middle East Board in July, 2015. Prior to that, he has served as the Chairperson of the Gulf countries Council in the Middle East from 2011-2012 and then he was elected as the Orthopaedic Education Officer for the Middle East Board from 2012-2015.

Dr. Abdulaziz is an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon practicing in Kuwait City, Kuwait. His clinical interest is in spinal Trauma and minimally invasive spinal surgery. He graduated from University of Kuwait and then finished his postgraduate training in Orthopedics and Spine surgery in Canada.
