Dr. Salma Bashir, MD
Dr. Salma was born in Sudan. She received her undergraduate education at Khartoum University, Medicine, from which she was graduated with honour Degree 2008.
Dr. Salma did her residency at Hamad Medical Corporation undertaking the four year years program and was certified in internal medicine by the Arab Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Salma started her fellowship training in Endocrinology and diabetes at Hamad Medical Corporation in 2015, and she is in the third year of her fellowship program.
Dr. Salma remains excited by the challenges and opportunities for care provided by each new patient she encounters, as well as the gratification of continuing care of her patients.
She is also participated as a tutor in physical examination instructing WCM-Q medical students.
She is a member of the QDEM organizing committee.
