Prof. Richard Wahl’s career in nuclear medicine is spread over four decades. He has authored more about 500 publications. He has been on the panels to write and review the guidelines and to review research and grant applications. Prof. Wahl has also significantly contributed to medical education and training through medical education bodies. He has contributed to every aspect of nuclear medicine. His previous affiliations were with the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and Johns Hopkins University. He continues to have editorial responsibilities for almost two decades for the top journals in nuclear medicine, JNM, and EJNMMI. He was recognized as the “Most Influential Researcher”.
