Patients will not be seen as Outpatients without an appointment. Outpatient appointments can be arranged by contacting the relevant hospital Outpatient department. If you would like to change or cancel your appointment, please telephone the relevant hospital Outpatient department, or visit the Outpatient reception desk.

Attendance

You are advised to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is due (for those attending Al Khor Hospital Outpatient Department, you are expected 30 minutes before your appointment is due). Friends or relatives are permitted to attend appointments with you if you would like someone to accompany you.

What should I bring?

Outpatients should bring the following to their appointment:

• Valid Health Card
  
• Passport/ ID copies
  
• Appointment Card
  
• Referral letter for initial appointments

You should also bring all your medical documents and prescriptions (in their original containers). Please refer to the Patient and Visitor Guide you will be visiting for any additional items that are necessary as an Outpatient to that particular hospital.
